Coffee liqueur, chocolate, cream and vodka combine in this indulgent Caffe Mocha Martini — a decadent post-dinner cocktail that doubles as a dessert in a glass.

Whether you’re hosting a relaxed dinner with friends or a special holiday meal with family, finishing the evening with a smooth, flavorful cocktail makes the night feel complete. The Caffe Mocha Martini brings together two beloved after-dinner drinks — the chocolate martini and the espresso martini — into one luscious cocktail. It’s rich, balanced and simple to prepare, making it a great choice when you want an elegant drink without a lot of fuss.
For this version I used the new line of Cream Cocktails from Daily’s Cocktails to create a base of chocolate and cream, then added coffee liqueur and vanilla vodka for depth and warmth. Note: the specific Cream Cocktail used here may no longer be available in all markets. A straightforward substitute is to combine chocolate liqueur and heavy cream in place of a ready-made chocolate-and-cream cocktail.

Caffe Mocha Martini
Servings: 1 martini
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Daily’s Chocolate & Cream — if unavailable, substitute 1 ounce chocolate liqueur + 1 ounce heavy cream
- 1 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1 ounce vanilla vodka
- Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
- Ice

Instructions
- Add the chocolate & cream (or chocolate liqueur + cream substitute), coffee liqueur and vanilla vodka to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a chilled martini glass, if desired, then strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Serve immediately and enjoy as a decadent after-dinner drink.
That’s it — a simple three-ingredient cocktail (four if you count the chocolate drizzle) that feels luxurious and festive. The combination of chocolate and coffee creates a smooth mocha flavor, while the vanilla vodka adds a soft, sweet finish that rounds out the drink without overpowering it.

Tips and Variations
- For a richer texture, use full-fat heavy cream as the substitute for the cream cocktail. For a lighter option, swap in half-and-half.
- To make a non-alcoholic “mocktail” version, use chocolate syrup or chocolate syrup-based cream, a strong chilled coffee or cold brew concentrate in place of coffee liqueur, and omit the vodka or replace it with a vanilla-flavored non-alcoholic spirit.
- Garnish ideas: a dusting of cocoa powder, a few chocolate shavings, or a single espresso bean on top for contrast.
- If you prefer a more pronounced coffee flavor, increase the coffee liqueur slightly and reduce the cream proportion by the same amount.
- Chill your martini glass in the freezer ahead of time for an extra-cold presentation.
