How to make them

These Cheesy Chicken Ranch Wraps are simple to assemble and quick to cook. Lay each tortilla flat, layer with cheddar, shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and mozzarella, then fold and sear briefly on a hot skillet. In only a few minutes per side you’ll have a golden, crispy exterior and a warm, gooey filling.

The basic method is flexible—use rotisserie chicken, leftover cooked chicken, or shredded chicken prepared in an Instant Pot. The combination of cheddar and mozzarella creates a rich, melty filling while ranch adds a tangy, creamy finish.

Optional additions

These wraps are a great base for customization. Add one or more of the following ingredients to boost flavor, texture, or heat:

  • Fresh spinach or baby greens

Ingredients

  • 6 Mission® Gluten Free Soft Taco Tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • ¾ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Divide the cheddar so each tortilla gets about ¼ cup, placing it in the center. Top the cheese with about ¼ cup of shredded chicken, drizzle 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing over the chicken, then sprinkle ¼ cup of mozzarella on top.
  3. Fold the sides in toward the center and roll the tortilla burrito‑style, securing the filling.
  4. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is melted. Serve hot.

Notes

For the shredded chicken, use a store‑bought rotisserie chicken or cook chicken breasts at home and shred them. An Instant Pot or pressure cooker works well for quick shredded chicken if you prefer to prepare it fresh.

If you plan to reheat leftovers, crisp them briefly in a skillet or oven to maintain a better texture than microwaving.
